How do I book a cleaning service? +

Booking is easy! Simply download the CleanIt Android app, create an account, select your service, choose your preferred date and time, and submit your booking. You'll receive confirmation and reminders for your appointment.

What are your service hours? +

We offer flexible scheduling! Services are available Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We also accommodate weekend appointments and evening slots based on availability. Check the app for real-time availability in your area.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? +

Yes! You can reschedule or cancel through the app up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a small fee.

How is pricing calculated? +

Pricing is based type of service, required worker, and any add-ons you select. The app provides a transparent quote before you confirm your booking. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay!

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment methods through the app. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

Do you offer discounts for recurring services? +

Yes! Booking recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) comes with discounts. The more frequently you book, the more you save. Check the app for current promotions.
